Project Prenup Abstract:

Project governance is most effective if it is clearly defined, realistic, manageable, and covers the full network of skills and support needed to make a project successful. This presentation intends to distill complex governance concepts into practical recommendations and clear-cut illustrations to help PMs organize, manage, and communicate to all parties impacted by a project. As a PM, you must capture, communicate, and get buy in on the full network of skills, experience, and support needed for projects to be successful.
