Alicia Devine-Lee is currently a Project Lead with The Informatics Applications Group (TIAG) supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) on Health Information Technology engineering for the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Departments, Defense Health Agency (DHA), and other DoD organizations.  Her extensive background in Project Management and Quality Assurance Software Engineering allows her to manage agile software development teams, project financials, stakeholder engagements, and communications.

Alicia graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology. She earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical University.  Her experiences in systems engineering, system testing, business intelligence, and data enable her to present diverse views of her commitments.

Alicia started her professional career as a Software Engineer at IBM.  This position provided her with the foundation to deliver on successful projects.  She leveraged her knowledge as a Test Project manager for xSeries Server Management applications to achieve testing milestones.  After 8 years, Alicia transitioned to a Quality Test Manager for Aon Hewitt consulting company.  She managed the implementation of Health and Welfare benefits for medium size companies with up to 100,000 participants. Alicia devoted the past 8 years to being a Project Lead for contracting companies for the DoD. She leads several teams through the agile software development cycle pertaining to the health registries.

Alicia attained CompTIA Security +, Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) certification and is 8570 compliant.  Her commitment to successful outcomes, determination, circular team building, and teamwork earned Alicia several Elite Force awards.
