About Our Panel:
Dr. Cori Zuppo
Dr. Colrain (Cori) Zuppo earned her PhD in Technology Management from Indiana State University with a specialization in Human Resource Development and Industrial Training. Cori also holds an M.A.Ed. from The George Washington University and B.S. in Conflict Resolution from Ohio University. Cori holds professional certifications of SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional in HRM), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Cori’s multidisciplinary research agenda is grounded in broad inquiry into the effects of emerging technologies on society (e.g., AI). Of specific interest are the intended and unintended consequences of technological change and the ways in which those changes have shaped the way individuals and organizations learn, work, and interact.
Ravi Tenneti
Ravi Tenneti is currently Senior Vice President of Engineering at Jorie AI. In this role, Ravi oversees all the technology efforts at Jorie AI. Ravi is recognized for his hands-on leadership approach, thought leadership and contributions to the technology community.
He is an active mentor and strategic advisor to over 10 startups in pre-seed and seed stage in various sectors, including Healthcare, Banking, and EdTech. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, Fast Company Executive Board, and Vation Ventures Ohio Innovation Council.
He holds a graduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration in India and has completed Executive Chief Technology Officer Program at Wharton Business School.
Gordon Withrow
Gordon is an independent executive consultant and Principal of Gordon Withrow & Company, providing digital, agile, and organizational transformation leadership at scale.
Gordon leads businesses in moving from strategy to action to realize value, with a people-first approach to getting things done.
In addition to his consulting business Gordon is Managing Director of Cygnus Publishing, a venture of the Grey Swan Guild, a global 10,000-member think tank. Gordon is also an Advisory Board Member at Shawnee State University’s Kricker Innovation Hub and a guest lecturer at the Ohio State University.  He has been a PMP in good standing since 1999.
