Who not What - Moving from a Crippling Identity to a Champion Identity

Brent was once asked while a guest on a podcast what the #1 challenge was facing those in the Marketplace. His answer shocked the host! Brent said, “We have an Identity Crisis! People have forgotten who they are and are getting beat up because of what they do!” This session is designed to help participants understand the value of their Identity before they attach the value, or lack thereof, of their role. High-performing people who scale and sustain performance understand the value of who they are and what they do, in that order. Brent will set the stage for that to happen in this session.

Speaker Biography: 

For over 35 years, Brent has been living out his true identity waking up each morning to help people realize and embrace their full potential in the Marketplace. A former athlete turned coach, Brent experienced devastating surgeries that he used to reshape his identity over time. He works with Executives, Business Owners, and Sales Teams as a Coach to help them grow themselves so they can grow their organizations. He has served 100’s of organizations and 1000’s of people on their journey towards embracing their Champion Identity over the last 35 years. Married to Kelley with a combined 14 adult children and 6 grandchildren, Brent lives on and runs Longhaven Retreat – a 32-acre property just west of Lancaster, OH.
