METHODOLOGY
• Assess key stakeholders’ behaviors for alignment with project goals using 4 key indicators that are simple and grounded in project- and change management principles
• The method is quick, reliable, easy to use, and readily understood. It is a great way for team members to communicate their views, get on the same page, and discuss the nature of any needed changes
• This method is deceptively simple and relies on the Project Manager understanding both the project management and change management principles that underpin a successful project
This is the first of a 2-part series on change management. In a later presentation, Sue Dolloff will be presenting some of the “neural” issues associated with the politics of making necessary changes.
