Go With The Flow

Abstract: 

An effective project manager must understand the concept of “flow” and how it is essential to project delivery.  The PM must be able to articulate the workflow of both delivery of a project product and how the product will impact workflow when it is implemented in production.   At its core, the flow between processes dictates the pace, effectiveness, and reliability of work completion. It involves the movement of tasks, information, or materials from one stage to another in a continuous and harmonious manner.

This presentation will take a serious look at how understanding flow is essential for a project manager to effectively deliver the project.  Whether it is an IT project, a Change Management Project, or a Manufacturing project, the PM must factor the impact of flow on all aspects of a project.   Using real world experience, the presentation will provide insight into the importance of realizing project success.
