Architects and Construction Managers commonly approach their projects from very different perspectives which can lead to conflict throughout the lifespan of a design and construction project. Jeff Kring (BHDP Architecture) and Evan Curts (Elford) will walk through the life cycle of the Ohio State University Celeste Lab Renovation project to illustrate how they have worked together to navigate the daily challenges of a complex phased renovation to achieve a common goal of delivering a successful project for OSU and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
