Raymond Jasniecki is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience leading complex projects across engineering, operations, and safety. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver high-impact initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

He has been a speaker at the Energy Facility Contractors Working Group twice and was published author in PMI Magazine. Drawing on a diverse professional background and deep understanding of the project lifecycle, Raymond is passionate about applying proven project management principles and PMI best practices to build consistent, sustainable programs that drive operational excellence. His practical, real-world approach equips project professionals with strategies they can immediately apply to improve project outcomes and organizational performance.
