Accelerate Strategic Execution: Delivering Value with AI for Project & Portfolio Leaders
AI is changing what it means to lead a project, but not in the way most conversations suggest. This session moves past the hype into the two roles every project professional now has to play: driving projects with AI, and steering the AI initiatives organizations are racing to launch. Ravi Tenneti walks through concrete ways AI has already reshaped core PM work, from project planning and risk identification to status reporting and trade-off analysis, and names the adoption paradox that keeps most AI initiatives stuck: technical capability is accelerating faster than the enterprise value organizations are actually realizing from it. Attendees leave with a practical view of the risks that sink AI projects, the practices that separate the ones that scale from the ones that stall, and a clear framework for what it takes to become an AI-fluent project manager.
