About the Speaker
Kathy Donavan is senior consultant who has worked with several fortune 500 companies to successfully implement challenging programs and projects in a myriad of situations, including complete system replacements and mergers. In doing so she has collected insights into calming the institutional chaos that occurs frequently in cross-functional implementations.
By introducing common sense practices from the get-go, she has been able to do so efficiently and economically, garnering both short-term and long-term results.
Bringing years of experience from several roles, including business / IT liaison, programmer, DBA, Asset Manager, and several IT leadership roles, she has weathered large mergers and program efforts with an eye for ‘the whole’.
Her training amongst others includes PMP, LSSBB, FLMI/M, and Change Management certifications. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Business Administration with a specialty in Management Information Systems.
She currently lives in London, Ohio on Choctaw Lake where she enjoys making music with the musicians living there.
