How We Serve: Nonprofit Organizational Support
Organizational Resource
Serve as a dedicated volunteer project or program management resource within a nonprofit organization by offering your expertise to guide initiatives from start to finish. This includes supporting planning, execution, and oversight of key projects, helping nonprofit teams build structure, manage timelines, allocate resources effectively, and achieve their strategic goals with greater efficiency and impact.
Training and Development
Design, develop, and facilitate customized project management training experiences that address the unique needs of nonprofit organizations. These sessions equip nonprofit teams with practical tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve project planning, execution, and impact, empowering them to better serve their missions and communities.
Social Good (Formerly 'Hours for Impact')
PMI Central Ohio Chapter hosts multiple events throughout the year dedicated to days of services to activate members with our Central Ohio nonprofit partners.
