Stephanie Monroe

Stephanie Monroe is serving as Director at Large 1, bringing more than 18 years of experience in mortgage servicing with a strong focus on Client Services, Account Management, and Project Management. In her professional career, Stephanie currently oversees strategic initiatives and key customer relationships as a Director of Business Relationships, where she draws heavily on her project management expertise to drive collaboration, alignment, and successful outcomes. She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2020 and has actively maintained it, reinforcing her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.

Stephanie has a long and distinguished history of service with PMI Central Ohio Chapter (PMICOC). From 2019 through 2024, she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Outreach, President Elect, President, Past President, and Professional Development Day Chair. Through these roles, she has been instrumental in fostering member engagement, supporting professional development initiatives, and coordinating events that bring chapter members together to learn, network, and grow. Her extensive volunteer experience provides her with a deep understanding of the chapter’s operations, member needs, and strategic goals, making her a strong fit for the Director at Large role.

Passionate about project management, PMI, and the value of lifelong learning, Stephanie is drawn to opportunities that encourage collaboration and involvement across the chapter. If elected, she looks forward to bringing members together through meaningful engagements aligned with evolving methodologies and emerging focus areas within the profession. Stephanie believes that understanding and serving the interests of the chapter’s members is integral to the continued success of both the organization and the professionals it supports.
