Like a Dr. Who Regeneration, Agile is Being Supplanted by Infinite Flow

Summary:

We are going to do a little bit of pastiche (a style that imitates that of another work) and use the example of Dr. Who to portray the next major era of project/program management.  In this presentation – we will pretend that Dr. Who is regenerated into the next type of project manager / BA.   The existing environment is Agile centric with many dots of methodology, practices, planning approaches, and ways to measure progress.  Let us call that the end of the Agile Dynasty.  The new environment is going to be even more engaged in value driven design, almost exclusively implement hybrid methodologies, will be principles driven, and will require a much more diverse skill set driven by Emotional and Cultural Intelligence.  Let us also say that the good Doctor is the epitome of a project manager, and that the…
