Biography:
Ginny Proctor is an effective IT leader with the professional credibility to engage with clients at a senior level and manage relationships. Over 25 years in the IT field, Ginny first engaged with Business Relationship Management (BRM) practice when she moved into management. Eventually moving to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, she took the official role of BRM and went on to lead the BRM team. Most recently she has moved into the world of DevOps and is working to bring the BRM capability to her new team to continue to build relationships, collaborate and strategize to meet the IT needs of the ODJFS program areas and the citizens of Ohio.
