Deborah Ducmanas

Deborah Ducmanas is the President of the PMI Central Ohio Chapter and a Senior Director of Professional Services and PMO at Dassault Systèmes. With a deep commitment to PMI’s mission, she has played a pivotal role in the chapter’s growth and impact, leading initiatives that prioritize developing younger leaders, enhancing diversity, and fostering collaboration. Her leadership has led to successful partnerships with neighboring chapters, innovative community outreach projects, and the piloting of new certifications. Notably, she worked with Maryhaven to implement mental health awareness campaigns and expand community outreach.

Deborah’s involvement with PMI extends to global initiatives such as PMIEF and Project Success, where she has contributed to elevating the profession and expanding the chapter's visibility. She was featured on PMI’s membership page, participated in media interviews, and collaborated with Dassault Systèmes on construction certification programs.

Recognized for her leadership, Deborah was awarded the 2024 PMI Leadership Impact Award. She credits this honor to the collective dedication of the chapter’s board and members, whose commitment to PMI’s values of empowerment, curiosity, and inclusivity has strengthened the chapter’s foundation. Deborah’s authentic care for others, combined with her empowering leadership style, continues to drive the chapter’s success and its members' professional growth.
