Speaker Bio :

Richar Vail, PMP

Richard Vail has been an independent consultant in the training field for 19 years. Richard’s programs have dominantly focused on Project Management and in recent years almost exclusively on PMP Certification Training. Richard is the PMICOC’s Training Management Board (TMB) Lead and coordinates 30+ Project Management Professionals (PMP’s) in providing PMP Certification Training for the Central Ohio Area.

Abstract :

PMP Certification Boot Camp

The Central Ohio Chapter is pleased to announce a PMP Certification Boot Camp to be held right here in Columbus! This is a week long intensive review session is designed to assist the candidate in preparing for the certification exam. The Boot Camp provides the required 35 contact hours of project management education required to sit for the exam. Classes will be held January 25 – 29, 2010 at the PMI Central Chapter Conference Room. Classes will be held Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00PM with a lunch break at noon. We will be using the 4th edition of the PMBOKÒ Guide.
