Abstract : Decision-Making and Uncertainty: There Be Dragons! How to simultaneously address stakeholders and a no-scope environment
Keeping your footing while dealing with politics and technical issues, can be maddening.
You will work on profiling your stakeholder environment and homing in on a scope of work that is both politically and technically viable. We will also cover how to formulate change orders if solutions fall short in the current situation.
Working in this manner will improve your leadership position as well as team morale.
