I am searching for a strong Project Lead who has a strong SAP/ASAP background. This is a contract position with a Forbes top 25 company that we have worked with for over 20 years. There is a very good chance of this being a temp to perm position if you would be interested in that.

 

Requirements:

Experience leading projects from requirements definition through entire life cycle, matrixing across projects and teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in weak matrixed management environment.

IDEAL Candidate has:
1. Demonstrates working knowledge of project management methodology, SDLC and program management. SAP projects / ASAP methodology experience a plus.
2. Manages large projects and teams, and coordinates with fellow project management team members.
3. Solid communication skills with experience working with senior level management and business partners.
4. Financial management experience (invoicing, budget tracking, time reporting, SLA’s)
5. Ensures project is delivered within approved budget, schedule, contingency and meets quality standards.
6. Strong leadership skills; ability to manage and effectively negotiate in challenging client situations
7. Demonstrates creative, solid PM science skills in monitoring and controlling programs
8. Contract/Vendor management experience
9. Proven ability to work effectively across different teams in different locations.
